City of Clinton Wastewater & Garbage bills are due on the last day of each month.
Payments may be made:

When paying online, please enter your Account Number exactly as it appears on your bill (including dashes).

Late fees are assessed on all unpaid accounts after the last day of the month.
To enroll in Credit/Debit Card Auto-Payment or Paperless Billing, you must first create a utility account through the online payment portal.
The City of Clinton also offers ACH Draft (Automatic Bank Draft) at no charge.
ACH drafts are processed on the last business day of each month.
To enroll, please contact City Hall for an ACH Authorization Form.

Quarterly Occupational License (Payroll) Tax returns are due on the following dates:
April 30 – Covering January 1 through March 31
July 31 – Covering April 1 through June 30
October 31 – Covering July 1 through September 30
January 31 – Covering October 1 through December 31

City of Clinton Employers Annual Occupational License
The Annual Occupational License Fee is due January 31 of each year. Forms can be found under the “Forms” section.
ABC Regulatory Fee Reports are due quarterly on the following dates:
April 20 – Covering January 1 through March 31
July 20 – Covering April 1 through June 30
October 20 – Covering July 1 through September 30
January 20 – Covering October 1 through December 31

City of Clinton Annual ABC Licenses are due upon renewal and completion of your State alcohol license.
Please mail or email a copy of your current State alcohol license to the City of Clinton along with the required City license fee.

The City of Clinton requires all businesses operating within the city limits to obtain a Business License.
Due Date: May 10 of each year

The Kentucky Open Records Act (KRS 61.870–61.884) allows the public to inspect non-exempt public records.
The cost for copies of records is $0.10 per page.
